By using the Friends of the South End Library (“FOSEL”) Web Site (the “Site”), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”). These Terms of Use shall constitute an agreement between you and FOSEL governing your use of the Site. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Site. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you have read, understand, have the legal capacity, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
