Author Sue Miller, whose recent novel, "The Lake Shore Limited" was published to rave reviews, has agreed to read from her work at the South End Library on Thursday, September 30. Miller described the book as a "love song" to the South End, where she has been a resident for many years. Numerous scenes finely detail the moods of streets, restaurants and theatres in the neighborhood, much like a previous novel, "While I Was Gone," did for neighboring Cambridge. Details about the exact time of the reading will be announced as the date approaches. The reading is sponsored by The Friends of the South End Library.
